Amorós Driving School joins the solidarity campaigns of Conquistando Escalones

Autoescuela Amorós joins as a new collaborator in the fundraising campaign that we launched a few weeks ago from Conquistando Escalones under the peer-to-peer methodology which, as the president of the Association, Abrahán Guirao, recalls, “is nothing more than a 2.0 of the classic initiative of NGO piggy banks in shops.” This solidarity action proposes that participating companies allocate a percentage or amount of their sales, products or services to medical research into Limb-girdle Muscular Dystrophy 1F/D2. In this sense, the driving school has decided to allocate one euro from each registration they register at their center, located at 23 Sant Pasqual Street, to our cause.

The manager of the driving school, Jordi Amorós, explains that they had long had in mind to carry out some type of solidarity collaboration and that, upon seeing the peer-to-peer campaign on the association’s social networks, they decided that it was a good time and a good cause to take the step. For his part, Guirao thanked those responsible for Autoescuela Amorós for their willingness to collaborate, who were encouraged after seeing the proposals from the local Pantomima, Bonica and Tejemaneje establishments, pioneer establishments of this new initiative. “I am glad that after launching this action there are already new businesses that have contacted us interested in the proposal,” indicates the president of Conquistando Escalones. Guirao has called on other businesses and companies to join this campaign since “it does not involve extra work and, in return, in addition to promotion and visibility, they will have great advantages such as important tax deductions for the donations they make to us.” and increasing corporate social responsibility.”
