Countdown to a BeeЯRock with great new features

Countdown to the BeeЯRock Fest! And the eighth edition of the festival comes with two outstanding new features. One of them will be the installation of a restaurant area with two food trucks: Julieta and Malànima, both from the province of Castellón, which will sell hamburgers, chips, hot dogs, tacos or bao bread. The food stalls will be operational from the opening of the festival doors and will be located on Ducat d’Atenes street, adjacent to the concert venue. “With the aim of taking a step further to make BeeЯRock grow and in response to the need for a varied gastronomic offer that, at the same time, would occupy a comfortable area where people could sit down to have a drink or dinner, we have fitted out this food space with tables and chairs,” says the president of Conquistando Escalones, Abrahán Guirao.
Another of the outstanding commitments of this eighth edition is towards sustainability. This year, we are replacing disposable cups with reusable ones that the public can buy for just one euro and whose profits will also benefit medical research into Limb-girdle Muscular Dystrophy 1F/D2.
Four groups from the ‘terreta’
As we announced a few weeks ago, the 2024 event will coincide with the big day of the Vila-real festivities in honour of Sant Pasqual, that is, May 17. In the 8th edition of this charity event, the line-up is made up of Killus, a group from Vila-real that will commemorate its 25 years on stage; Dry River, an eclectic rock group from Castellón with great national projection; Annacrusa, a band with the voice of Anna Dobón from Vila-real and La Malavida, a Castellón rock cover group born in 2013. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the music will play until approximately two in the morning.
The BeeЯRock Fest Vol. VIII, organised by the Conquistando Escalones Association in collaboration with the Vila-real Town Hall’s Department of Festivals and the Junta de Festes, will repeat its space in the temporary car park located on Jaume Roig street on the corner of Ducat d’Atenes. Admission is free and there will be beer and other drinks for sale for those who are less fond of hops and barley. A charity event that is almost a tradition during these first patronal celebrations of the year and that has a charitable nature, given that all the funds obtained go to medical research into 1F/D2 Limb-girdle Muscular Dystrophy and HIV.
